The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics, and preliminary antitumor activity of BG-75202 (KAT6A/B inhibitor) alone and in combination with other therapies in participants with breast cancer and other advanced solid tumors.

This is an open-label, phase 1/1b study evaluating the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetic (what the body does to the drug), pharmacodynamic (what the drug does to the body), and antitumor activity of CGT4255 in adult participants with advanced solid tumors with ERBB2 alterations or HER2 overexpression.

Brief Summary
A multicenter, single-arm, first-in-human study to investigate the safety, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary antitumor activity of PLX-61639 in participants with locally advanced or metastatic, relapsed/refractory, SMARCA4-deficient solid tumors who are intolerant of or have failed available, approved therapies.
The study will be conducted in 3 parts: dose escalation (Part 1), dose optimization (Part 2), and cohort expansion (Part 3). Each part of the study will consist of a Screening Phase lasting up to 28 days during which participants will be assessed for eligibility, a Treatment Phase beginning on Cycle 1 Day 1 and consisting of consecutive 28-day cycles, an End of Treatment Visit, and a Post-Treatment Follow-Up Phase.
Participants will receive their assigned dose of PLX-61639 administered orally, once daily until progression/relapse, intolerance, death, or withdrawal from study treatment by the Investigator or participant.

The first part of the study (phase Ia – dose escalation) will evaluate the safety and tolerability and identify the dose-limiting toxicities (DLTs) of PM54.
The second part of the study (phase Ib – safety run-in and expansion) will be to reassess the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) defined in the Phase Ia stage in a framework of more extensive premedication, and to evaluate the antitumor activity of PM54 according to the RECIST v.1.1 (or mRECIST v.1.1 in case of MPM) and/or serum markers as appropriate, in patients with selected advanced solid tumors.

This study will evaluate the safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy of EIK1004 (IMP1707) in participants with recurrent advanced/metastatic breast cancer, ovarian cancer, metastatic castrate resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) and pancreatic cancer with deleterious/suspected deleterious mutations of select homologous recombination repair (HRR) genes.

Brief Summary
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if an investigational drug CP-383 works to treat advanced cancer. It will also learn about the safety of CP-383. The main questions if aims to answer are:
* Does CP-383 slow or stop the growth of cancer in patients with advanced cancer
* What medical problems do participants have when taking CP-383 Researchers will test CP-383 in all kinds of cancers at various dose levels to determine what the best dose is to study further. Researchers will also see if certain cancers that have gene mutations respond better to CP-383
Participants will:
* Take CP-383 every day by mouth until the researcher learns whether CP-383 is helping slow or reduce the cancer growth
* Visit the clinic weekly for the first 6 weeks for checkups and tests
* Visit the clinic every 3 weeks thereafter for checkups and tests

Brief Summary
Study STX-478-101 (LY4064809) is a multipart, open-label, phase 1/2 study evaluating the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and preliminary antitumor activity of STX-478 (LY4064809) in participants with advanced solid tumors with P13Ka mutations.
Part 1 will evaluate STX-478 as monotherapy in participants with advanced solid tumors. Part 2 will evaluate STX-478 therapy as combination therapy with fulvestrant in participants with hormone receptor positive (HR+) breast cancer. Part 3 will evaluate STX-478 as combination therapy with endocrine therapy (aromatase inhibitors, fulvestrant, tamoxifen, or imlunestrant) and a CDK4/6 Inhibitor (either Ribociclib, Palbociclib or Abemaciclib) in participants with HR+ breast cancer.
Each study part will include a 28-day screening period, followed by treatment with STX-478 monotherapy or combination therapy.
