Research Interest
Using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) as a noninvasive molecular marker for brain tumors, both primary and metastatic. Employing advanced imaging techniques — including MR spectroscopy and diffusion and perfusion imaging — and investigating novel MR techniques such as qBold (a new sequence developed at Washington University) to characterize brain tumors in order to better predict prognosis and help guide therapy.
