Research Interest
Dr. Basia Michalski specializes in Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology and has a specific interest in studying sex-specific prognostic differences in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma and other rare cutaneous neoplasms. Dr. Michalski is a member of the steering committee for the “Coalition on Variables and Evidence Related to Rare Tumors” (COVERT), a multi-institutional collaborative working to further characterize rare skin cancers.
