All Hands In: Caregiver Support Group

The All Hands In: Caregiver Support Group offers patients and caregivers educational and recreational opportunities that foster relationships and promote bonding. Each meeting includes a group activity as well as break-out sessions.

Meeting structure

Part 1: Full group participation in educational or recreational offering (30-40 minutes)

Break: 5-10 minute

Part 2: During the second half of the meeting, we may break into two affinity support groups: one for cancer patients and one for caregivers. These groups are held in separate locations for privacy.

Time: 5:30-7:00 pm

  • 5/18/2026: Alexis Gibson and Ashely Morton, NP, representatives from Guardant Health, will discuss molecular profiling and gene sequencing and their roles in oncology treatments.
  • 6/15/2026: A representative of Cancer Support Community will discuss resources available to cancer patients and their caregivers.
  • 7/20/2026: Chiropractor Chad Weber, DC, will discuss regenerative neuropathy.
  • 8/17/2026: A social worker with the American Cancer Society will discuss resources available to cancer patients and their caregivers.
  • 9/21/2026: CHIP Research to speak 2nd psychedelics/mushrooms as a class 1 medication and in research.
  • 10/19/2026: Jennifer Smith will discuss natural healing and Reiki.
