Brief Summary
This study will evaluate two study drugs called ubamatamab and REGN7075, to see if they can help treat advanced or metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC), and sarilumab, to evaluate to see if it can help with immune-related side effects from ubamatamab.
The study is looking at:
* How well ubamatamab and REGN7075 works
* The side effects that ubamatamab and REGN7075 might cause
* How much ubamatamab and REGN7075 is in the blood at different times
* If the body makes antibodies to ubamatamab and/or REGN7075, this may cause the ubamatamab to not work as well

Brief Summary
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about the safety and recommended dose of TRI-611 when administered to adults with ALK-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The trial will also evaluate the antitumor activity of TRI-611 in adults with ALK-positive NSCLC.
The study will be conducted in two parts. The first part will examine different doses of TRI-611. The second part will look at how well TRI-611 works on ALK-positive NSCLC when administered to three groups of participants that differ based on what type of prior therapy they have received.
In this study participants will:
* Take TRI-611 on a continued basis, provided it is well-tolerated, for as long as their disease is not progressing
* Visit the clinic approximately seven times in the first 3 months and then just once at the start of each 28-day cycle thereafter
* Keep a diary of each time they take the study medication

Brief Summary
Researchers want to know if intismeran autogene (the study treatment) given with pembrolizumab and chemotherapy can treat metastatic treatment-naive squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Intismeran autogene is designed to help a person’s immune system attack their specific cancer.
The goal of this study is to learn if people who receive intismeran autogene with pembrolizumab and chemotherapy live longer overall and without the cancer growing or spreading compared to people who receive placebo with pembrolizumab and chemotherapy. A placebo looks like the study treatment but has no study treatment in it. Using a placebo helps researchers better understand the effects of the study treatment.

Brief Summary
Researchers are looking for new ways to treat people with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (SCLC) that has relapsed or is refractory. Gocatamig is a new type of immunotherapy that uses a person’s immune system to find and destroy cancer cells. Ifinatamab deruxtecan (also known as I-DXd) is a drug which binds to a specific target on cancer cells and delivers treatment to destroy those cells. Durvalumab is a different type of immunotherapy that also destroys cancer cells. Researchers want to know if giving gocatamig, I-DXd, and gocatamig with I-DXd or durvalumab can treat SCLC that did not respond or stopped responding to a prior treatment.
The goals of this study are to learn:
* If gocatamig alone, I-DXd alone, and gocatamig with I-DXd or durvalumab are safe and well tolerated
* If people who receive gocatamig alone, I-DXd alone, and gocatamig with I-DXd or durvalumab have their SCLC get smaller or go away

This is a single center, phase Ib/II study combining an anti-PD-1 antibody and an anti-CTLA-4 antibody with IL-15. It is testing the hypothesis that the addition of nogapendekin alfa inbakicept to nivolumab and ipilimumab will augment the clinical activity of those two drugs.

This study is being done to answer the following question: Can the chance of lung cancer growing or spreading be lowered by adding targeted radiotherapy to the usual combination of drugs>=
This study is being done to find out if this approach is better or worse than the usual approach for lung cancer. The usual approach is defined as the care most people get for non-small cell lung cancer.
