Brief Summary
This is a Phase 2, open-label, global, multi-arm study to evaluate efficacy and safety of relacorilant in combination with other treatments in patients with gynecological cancers.
Protocol Interventions
Drug: Relacorilant 150 mg once daily (QD), Drug: Nab-paclitaxel 80 mg/m^2

This is a prospective preference study that will evaluate non-inferiority of the innovative treatment (RRS with delayed RRO) as compared to the standard treatment (RRSO) with respect to high grade serous (ovarian) cancer incidence
