Advanced Physician Search: 2nd Line Therapy

ANDROMEDA is a first-in-human, Phase I/II, open-label, multicenter study of AZD9750 in participants with metastatic prostate cancer. The trial evaluates safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics, and preliminary efficacy of AZD9750 as monotherapy and in combination with saruparib.

This is a dose-finding study to assess the safety and preliminary antitumor activity of Pocenbrodib alone or with darolutamide in patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC)

The purpose of this study is to identify the recommended phase 2 regimen(s) RP2R(s) of pasritamig and combination regimens in Part 1 (dose escalation) and to determine safety at the putative RP2R(s) of pasritamig with the combination regimens in Part 2 (dose expansion).
