Brief Summary
A multicenter, single-arm, first-in-human study to investigate the safety, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary antitumor activity of PLX-61639 in participants with locally advanced or metastatic, relapsed/refractory, SMARCA4-deficient solid tumors who are intolerant of or have failed available, approved therapies.
The study will be conducted in 3 parts: dose escalation (Part 1), dose optimization (Part 2), and cohort expansion (Part 3). Each part of the study will consist of a Screening Phase lasting up to 28 days during which participants will be assessed for eligibility, a Treatment Phase beginning on Cycle 1 Day 1 and consisting of consecutive 28-day cycles, an End of Treatment Visit, and a Post-Treatment Follow-Up Phase.
Participants will receive their assigned dose of PLX-61639 administered orally, once daily until progression/relapse, intolerance, death, or withdrawal from study treatment by the Investigator or participant.
Protocol Interventions
Drug: PLX-61639
Brief Summary
This study will evaluate the safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy of EIK1004 (IMP1707) in participants with recurrent advanced/metastatic breast cancer, ovarian cancer, metastatic castrate resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) and pancreatic cancer with deleterious/suspected deleterious mutations of select homologous recombination repair (HRR) genes.

Brief Summary
The goal of this interventional study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of escalating doses of FORX-48 as monotherapy in patients with select advanced solid tumors with BRCA1/2 mutations or other DDR deficiencies or high replication stress, and to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and Recommended Cohort Expansion Dose (RCED) of FORX-428 as monotherapy.
Protocol Interventions
Drug: FORX-428
Brief Summary
First in human study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics (PK) of BBO-10203, a PI3Kα:RAS breaker, alone and in combination with other anti-cancer agents in patients with advanced solid tumors.
Protocol Interventions
Drug: BBO-10203, Drug: FOLFOX, Drug: Bevacizumab
Brief Summary
This Phase 1, multi-center, open-label, dose escalation and dose optimization study is designed to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PDx), and preliminary clinical activity of MOMA-341 administered orally as a single agent or combination therapy in patients with microsatellite instability high (MSI-H) or DNA mismatch repair deficiency (dMMR) solid tumors.
Protocol Interventions
Drug: MOMA-341, Drug: Immunotherapy
Brief Summary
This is a Phase 1/1b open-label, multi-center dose escalation and dose optimization study designed to evaluate the safety and preliminary efficacy of IAM1363 in participants with advanced cancers that harbor HER2 alterations.
Protocol Interventions
Drug: IAM1363
Brief Summary
This is an open-label, multicenter, first-in-human dose escalation and dose expansion study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and preliminary antitumor activity of BGB-58067 alone, in combination with BG-89894 (discontinued), and in combination with standard of care therapy in participants with advanced solid tumors and with methylthioadenosine phosphorylase (MTAP) deficiency.
Protocol Interventions
Drug: BGB-58067, Drug: Standard of Care Therapy
Brief Summary
This clinical trial is evaluating a drug called ART0380 in participants with advanced or metastatic solid tumors. The main goals of this study are to:
* Find the recommended dose of ART0380 that can be given safely to participants alone and in combination with gemcitabine or irinotecan
* Learn more about the side effects of ART0380 alone and in combination with gemcitabine or irinotecan
* Learn more about the effectiveness of ART0380 alone and in combination with gemcitabine or irinotecan
Protocol Interventions
Drug: ART0380, Drug: Irinotecan
Brief Summary
This phase I trial tests the safety, side effects, and best dose of neratinib in combination with trastuzumab deruxtecan in treating patients with solid tumors that have spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic) or that cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable), and have changes in a gene called human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2). Neratinib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of an abnormal protein that signals tumor cells to multiply. This helps slow or stop the spread of tumor cells. Trastuzumab deruxtecan is in a class of medications called antibody-drug conjugates. It is composed of a monoclonal antibody, called trastuzumab, linked to a chemotherapy drug, called deruxtecan. Trastuzumab attaches to HER2 positive tumor cells in a targeted way and delivers deruxtecan to kill them. Adding neratinib to trastuzumab deruxtecan may be able to shrink cancer with a change in the HER2 gene.
Protocol Interventions
