Brief Summary
The study regimen will be administered on an outpatient basis and all medications are administered intravenously (IV). Subjects will receive treatment on Day 1 and Day 15 of each 28-day cycle consisting of the following: nanoliposomal irinotecan at 50 mg/m2, followed by oxaliplatin 60 mg/m2, followed by leucovorin at 400 mg/m2 30 minutes after completion of oxaliplatin, followed by 5-FU 2400 mg/m2 60 minutes after leucovorin completion. Subjects will receive up to 6 cycles of NALIRIFOX then based on response and per physician discretion, de-escalated maintenance treatment with NALIRIFOX minus oxaliplatin may continue. Subjects will continue de-escalated maintenance treatment until progression per RECIST 1.1, intolerable toxicity or physician/subject choice to discontinue.
Protocol Interventions
Drug: Nanoliposomal irinotecan, Drug: Oxaliplatin, Drug: 5 fluorouracil, Drug: Leucovorin

Brief Summary
The investigators hypothesize that CD11b agonism reprograms the tumor microenvironment (TME) to overcome resistance to checkpoint immunotherapy in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). Therefore, the investigators propose an open label phase I/II clinical trial of ONT01 with gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel in unresectable pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma prior to future studies incorporating anti-PD1 checkpoint immunotherapy.
Protocol Interventions
Drug: Gemcitabine, Drug: Nab paclitaxel

Brief Summary
This is a double-blind, randomized, multiregion, comparative phase Ⅲ clinical study designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of HLX22 in combination with trastuzumab and chemotherapy as first-line treatment in patients with HER2-positive locally advanced/metastatic adenocarcinoma of the gastric and/or gastroesophageal junction (G/GEJ).Eligible subjects will be randomized to the two groups based on a 1:1 ratio. Enrolled subjects shall be treated with the study drug until the loss of clinical benefit, death, intolerable toxicity, withdrawal of informed consent, or other reasons specified by the protocol (whichever occurs first).
Protocol Interventions
Drug: Pembrolizumab, Drug: Trastuzumab, Drug: Oxaliplatin, Drug: Capecitabine

Brief Summary
This research is designed to determine if experimental treatment with AZD9793, a T cell-engaging antibody that targets GPC3, is safe, tolerable and has anti-cancer activity in patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumours which are GPC3+.
Protocol Interventions
Drug: AZD9793 Subcutaneous (SC) monotherapy

Brief Summary
This phase II trial tests how well giving durvalumab with standard chemotherapy, gemcitabine and cisplatin, before surgery works in treating patients with high risk liver cancer (cholangiocarcinoma) that can be removed by surgery (resectable). Durvalumab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Chemotherapy drugs, such as gemcitabine and cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving durvalumab with gemcitabine and cisplatin before surgery may make the tumor smaller and reduce the amount of normal tissue that needs to be removed in patients with high risk resectable cholangiocarcinoma.
Protocol Interventions
Procedure: Biopsy Procedure, Procedure: Biospecimen Collection, Drug: Cisplatin, Procedure: Computed Tomography, Biological: Durvalumab, Drug: Gemcitabine, Procedure: Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Procedure: Resection

Brief Summary
High blood pressure (hypertension) is a known side effect of the treatment with fruquintinib. Current research does not provide a clear answer whether minority groups such as Black/African American and/or Hispanic/Latino with refractory metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) have a bigger risk of higher blood pressure after treatment with fruquintinib. The main aim of this study is to learn how often adults of a minority group experience hypertension after they have been treated with fruquintinib for refractory mCRC. Other aims are to learn how safe fruquintinib is and how well it is tolerated by participants.
Participants will receive fruquintinib in 4-week treatment cycles until their condition worsens, they do no longer tolerate the treatment or stop the treatment for other reasons. After the last treatment, participants will be checked upon every 3 months until study completion.
Protocol Interventions
Drug: Fruquintinib

Brief Summary
The purpose of this study is to compare how long the participants are disease-free (progression-free survival) and and the length of time until a participant dies (overall survival), when treated with amivantamab and chemotherapy with 5-fluorouracil, leucovorin calcium (folinic acid) or levoleucovorin, and irinotecan hydrochloride (FOLFIRI) versus either cetuximab or bevacizumab and FOLFIRI given to participants with Kirsten rat sarcoma viral oncogene/ neuroblastoma RAS viral oncogene homolog (KRAS/ NRAS) and v-raf murine sarcoma viral oncogene homolog B (BRAF) wild-type recurrent, unresectable or metastatic colorectal cancer who have previously received chemotherapy.
Protocol Interventions
Biological: Cetuximab, Biological: Bevacizumab, Drug: 5-fluorouracil, Drug: Leucovorin calcium/Levoleucovorin, Drug: Irinotecan

Brief Summary
The investigators hypothesize that zanzalintinib maintenance therapy after initial cytotoxic chemotherapy can prolong the progression-free survival (PFS) in patients with high-grade NENs.
Protocol Interventions
Drug: Zanzalintinib
