Research & Selected Publications

Research Interest

I am interested in how signaling through Sonic Hedgehog is disrupted in Medulloblastomas. In particular, I aim to decipher how the cis-regulatory output of the SHH pathway is altered in Medulloblastomas that carry mutations in different parts of the pathway.
