Certificates
Certificate of Applied Health Behavior Research
The Graduate Certificate in Applied Health Behavior Research is focused on key applied and theoretical concepts in health behavior as well as on the processes needed for managing program development and evaluation activities in clinical and community settings.
Certificate in Clinical Effectiveness
Students who complete the Certificate in Clinical Effectiveness will develop the strong methodological skills needed for clinical outcomes research.
MD, DO, DPT, PhD, PharmD or other Doctoral degree required. Will accept students concurrently enrolled in a MD or doctoral degree program.
Certificate in Clinical Investigation
The Graduate Certificate in Clinical Investigation is a 16-credit certificate program for young investigators committed to pursuing academic careers in clinical research.
MD, DO, DPT, OTD, AuD, PhD, PharmD, or other Doctoral degree required. Will accept students concurrently enrolled in a MD or doctoral degree program.
Certificate in Health Equity and Disparities
Students gain knowledge on health disparity and social determinants of health and develop the interdisciplinary skills needed to assess health disparities and address the impact of social determinants of health on clinical outcomes and population health.
Master’s, Doctoral, MD, DO, DPT, OTD, PhD, or PharmD required. Will accept students concurrently enrolled in a MD or doctoral degree program.
Post PhD Graduate Certificate in Medical Physics (CAMPEP-Accredited)
Students in this program will become familiar with the major texts and literature in the area of medical physics and will be exposed to a wide array of treatment techniques and quality control procedures.
